FAQ

Questions cautious buyers ask first

How do you handle regulatory audits?

Every agent and human action is logged with timestamps, inputs, and outcomes. Reviewers can export examiner-ready trails. We design for explainability — not black-box decisions — and keep humans accountable for judgment calls.

How much IT work is needed?

Most pilots start with one channel (email or portal) and one workflow template. Connectors to core/CRM are scoped after the process works. Community banks typically involve a small IT lead plus a business owner — not a full transformation PMO.

What happens when OCR or agents are uncertain?

Low-confidence extractions and policy conflicts escalate to a human workbench with source highlights and rationale. Agents do not silently invent values or bypass your approval rules.

Will this replace our operations staff?

No. WordJog is designed to remove repetitive document handling so your team spends time on exceptions, customers, and judgment — the work that actually requires banking expertise.

Can we keep data on-premises?

Yes. Cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments are supported so you can match your security and residency requirements.
